This Privacy Policy applies to the internal desktop application provided by JIN Inc. (the "Application").

2. Purpose of Using Amazon Data

We use the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP‑API) solely for:

  • Retrieving order information
  • Obtaining shipping addresses (PII) for generating shipping labels
  • Updating inventory and pricing
  • Managing product information

Amazon data is used only for order fulfillment and business operations.

3. Information We Collect

Through SP‑API, we collect:

  • Order information
  • Shipping address (name, address, phone number) — PII
  • Inventory and pricing data
  • Product listing data

4. PII Retention Policy

We do not store any PII.

  • PII is processed only in memory
  • Deleted immediately after generating shipping labels
  • Not stored in logs, caches, or temporary files
  • Not stored in databases or external storage

5. Data Disposal

  • PII is discarded immediately after processing
  • No temporary files are created
  • Generated shipping label PDFs are used solely for delivery purposes
  • Audit logs do not contain PII

6. Data Sharing

We do not share Amazon data with any third parties. We do not send Amazon data to external services.

7. Data Security

We protect Amazon data using:

  • TLS encrypted communication
  • Access restricted to authorized personnel only
  • Strong password policies and multi‑factor authentication
  • Secure key management systems
  • Network configurations that prevent direct external access
  • Continuous monitoring and audit logging

Specific technical implementations are not disclosed for security reasons.

8. Data Retention

  • PII: Not stored (0 days)
  • Non‑PII: Retained only as required
  • Audit logs: 12 months (no PII)

9. Incident Response

If an incident involving Amazon data occurs:

  • Report to Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours
  • Identify affected systems
  • Disable accounts and isolate networks
  • Preserve logs and investigate
  • Apply remediation and prevention measures
